HyperChrom Phenyl HP Agarose
HyperChrom Phenyl 6FF (HS) Agoros is a class of hydrophobic interaction chromatography media that takes advantage of differences in the hydrophobic properties and the amount of different molecules under specific conditions. This chromatography medium is mainly used for the isolation and purification of a variety of biomolecules, such as: recombinant proteins, antibodies, viral vaccines, etc.
The HyperChrom Phenyl 6FF (HS) Agoros series offers excellent scale-up performance: (1) Highly crosslinked agarose base with excellent rigidity, resulting in high process flow rates and improved process efficiency at low backpressure. (2) Hydrophilic base frame to minimize the influence on the hydrophobic role of the ligand. (3) Through chemical modification, it has excellent chemical compatibility and is resistant to CIP cleaning such as sodium hydroxide. (4) Fine particle size design to improve resolution.

*Dynamic load measurement conditions: column height: 10 cm, test flow rate 150 cm/h, test buffer: 0.1 M potassium phosphate, 2 M ammonium sulfate solution, pH 7.0, test sample: 2mg/m L of α-chymotrypsinogen sample, when the penetration of α-chymotrypsinogen reaches 10%, the amount of α-chymotrypsinogen per unit volume (mL) (mg). **After 7 days in the environment of chromatography at 40oC and pH 2-14, the physical and chemical properties and functions of the chromatography medium did not change significantly. *** 30%, 75% and 10% are v/v, volume ratio. |
