Ovalbumin, a glycoprotein with molecular weight about 45,000 Dalton, is the main protein component in egg white. It can cause immune response and commonly be used as an immunogen for immune research, such as the animal models of Airway Hyper Reactivity and asthma.
This mRNA is capped by using co-transcriptional capping method, which results in the naturally occuring Cap 1 structure with high capping efficiency. Meanwhile, the addition of 5-moUTP and poly(A) tail can reduce host cell immune response and enhance mRNA stability. It can simulate the function of a fully processed mature mRNA.

General tips | Please dissolve it on ice and protect from RNase carefully. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles as possible. Don’t vortex. Upon first use, centrifuge the tube softly and aliquot it into several single use portions. Use RNase-free reagents and materials with appropriate RNase-free technique. Don’t add to the media with serum unless mixing with a transfection reagent. |
