HyperScribe™ T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit (N1-Methylpseudo-UTP)
Our product, the T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit, is based on the principle of T7 RNA polymerase and enables efficient in vitro RNA transcription in a relatively short period of time. The kit includes the modified nucleotide N1-Methylpseudo-UTP (m1Ψ) (Catalog #B8049), which can replace regular UTP to reduce host cell immune responses and improve RNA stability.This kit is designed to produce high-yield RNA transcripts, highly specific radiolabeled RNA probes, as well as capped RNA, dye-labeled, or biotin-labeled modified nucleotide RNAs.
RNAs synthesized by this kit have broad applications in biological experiments such as in vitro translation, antisense RNA and RNAi experiments, RNA vaccine development, RNA structural and functional studies, ribozyme biochemistry, RNase protein assays, and probe-based hybridization blots.
This kit supports for 25/50/100 reactions at 20 μL. With 1 μg of control template can yield up to 180 μg of RNA.
