ATP (Adenosine-5'-triphosphate), is a fundamental component for energy transfer in biological systems. ATP and its sodium salts can be utilized in numerous molecular biology applications such as kinase reactions, in vitro transcription, ligation reactions, and phosphorylation assays.
This product is a colorless, transparent aqueous solution prepared from ATP trisodium salt with a purity ≥99% (by HPLC), concentration of 100 mM, pH (25℃) = 7.0±0.1, and free of DNase, RNase, and phosphatase contamination.
