Biotin-11-CTP
Catalog No.
B8802
A biotin-labeled nucleotide analog, used to form labeled RNA
Featured Products
Biotin-11-CTP is a substrate for SP6, T3, and T7 RNA polymerases. It can replace CTP for RNA biotin labeling in in vitro transcription reactions.
Biotin-labeled RNA probes can be detected by streptavidin conjugates and are commonly used in a variety of molecular biology applications, including in situ hybridization and gene expression microarrays.
