Description

HyperFluor™ 488-UTP can replace UTP as a substrate for T7, SP6, and T3 RNA polymerases, generating fluorescently labeled probes via in vitro transcription. The resulting RNA transcripts incorporating HyperFluor™ 488-UTP emit green fluorescence, making them ideal for various applications such as in situ hybridization, blotting assays, multiplex fluorescence analysis, and microarrays.
