HyperFluor™ 488-UTP
Catalog No.
B8816
An HyperFluor™ 488 dye-labeled nucleotide, used to form fluorescently labeled RNA
Featured Products
HyperFluor™ 488-UTP is a substrate for SP6, T3, and T7 RNA polymerases. It can replace UTP for RNA fluorescently labeling in IVT (In vitro transcription) reactions. The resulting assembled RNA probes will emit green fluorescence with the involvement of HyperFluor™ 488-UTP, which are suitable for various application, such as FISH, multicolor fluorescence analysis, microarrays.
