ELISA Stop Solution, used for stopping the colorimetric reaction in ELISA

This product is used to terminate the color development reaction in ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). During the experimental procedure, after TMB substrate in the microplate has developed to the desired color intensity, promptly add 50 μL of ELISA Stop Solution to terminate the reaction. Then, measure the absorbance of the samples at 450 nm within 30 minutes.
