ELISA Coating Buffer (10×)

This product is a concentrated solution with a pH of 9.6. It must be diluted with deionized water to a 1× concentration before use. It is used for coating antigens or antibodies onto ELISA microplates in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) procedures. In practice, simply take an appropriate amount of this product as the coating buffer and dilute the antigen or antibody solution to the desired coating concentration. Then, add 100 μL of the diluted solution to each well of the ELISA microplate, and incubate overnight at 4°C for coating.
