Cy7-UTP
Cy7-utp is a fluorescently labeled uridine triphosphate (UTP), in which Cy7 is a near-infrared fluorescent dye. Cy7 dye has a relatively long excitation and emission wavelength (approximately 750 nm for excitation and 770 nm for emission), which can effectively avoid the autofluorescence interference of biological samples and is suitable for techniques such as fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Cy7-UTP can be incorporated into RNA molecules through enzymatic reactions, thereby achieving fluorescent labeling and detection of RNA. Due to its high fluorescence stability and strong sensitivity, Cy7-UTP is widely used in research fields such as RNA transcription, RNA localization, gene expression analysis and RNA tracking.
