Cell lysis buffer for WB and IP
Cell lysis buffer for WB and IP is a commonly used rapid lysis reagent for preparing protein samples from cells or tissues under non-denaturing conditions. The main components of this product include 20 mM Tris (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, and 1% Triton X-100, along with various inhibitors such as sodium pyrophosphate, β-glycerophosphate, EDTA, Na3VO4, and leupeptin. These inhibitors effectively prevent protein degradation and preserve native protein interactions. Protein samples prepared with this lysis buffer can be used for conventional PAGE, Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The product is suitable for animal and plant cell or tissue samples, as well as fungal or bacterial samples.
