Plant Cell Lysis Buffer for WB and IP is a lysis buffer used to prepare protein samples from plant cells, tissues, or protoplasts under non-denaturing conditions. The main components of this product include detergents such as 1% Triton X-100, as well as various inhibitors including sodium pyrophosphate, β-glycerophosphate, EDTA, Na?VO?
