The Enhanced Antifade Mounting Medium is formulated to minimize photobleaching in immunofluorescence applications. This product offers superior resistance to fluorescence quenching compared to conventional antifade mounting media.
Before use, the Antifade Mounting Reagent must be added to the Antifade Mounting Solvent and mixed thoroughly to prepare the complete working solution. Once prepared, the medium is ready for immediate use. At a typical volume of 50 μL per sample, the 25 mL package is sufficient for approximately 500 tests.
