Featured Products
Givinostat (ITF-2357) is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor that can simultaneously inhibit the HDAC1 and HDAC3 isoforms. Its half-maximal inhibitory concentrations (IC50) for HDAC1 and HDAC3 are 198 nM and 157 nM, respectively. Givinostat regulates related gene expression and cellular signaling pathways by blocking histone deacetylation. Currently, this compound is mainly used in research on Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) to investigate its effects on muscle tissue pathology and function in disease models.
