5X RNA annealing buffer

RNA Annealing Buffer is designed for conventional RNA oligo annealing. It effectively prevents hairpin structure formation of single RNA oligos. The protocol is simple: mix the RNA oligos with RNA Annealing Buffer at an appropriate ratio, place the mixture in a PCR thermal cycler, and the annealing reaction can be completed in approximately 60 minutes.
