Vamotinib (PF-114) is a potent, selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor with oral activity.Vamotinib inhibits autophosphorylation of BCR/ABL and BCR/ABL-T315I.Vamotinib induces apoptosis.Vamotinib shows antiproliferative and antitumor activity.Vamotinib has potential in the drug-resistant Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) leukemia.Vamotinib inhibited the ABL family of kinases by 0.49nM (ABL), 0.78nM (ABL), 9.5nM (ABL), 2.0nM (ABL), 7.4nM (ABL), 1.0nM (ABL), 2.8nM (ABL), respectively. 12nM (ABL) and 4.1nM (ABL).
