TRPC6-PAM-C20 is a selective orthotropic modulator of channels.TRPC6-PAM-C20 is a potent enhancer of channel activation, allowing low basal concentrations of DAG to induce ion channel activation.TRPC6-PAM-C20 induced an increase in the Ca concentration ([Ca]i) in HEK293 cells expressing TRPC6, with a value of 2.37 μM. TRPC6-PAM-C20 can be a useful tool for selective amplification of TRPC6-dependent signaling.
