Roblitinib
Roblitinib (CAS No.: 1708971-55-4) is a synthetic, small-molecule, orally available, and highly selective human fibroblast growth factor receptor 4 (FGFR4) tyrosine kinase inhibitor intended for applications such as tumor pathway biology and target validation in biomedical research and drug discovery settings; it directly inhibits receptor catalytic activity through reversible covalent binding to the FGFR4 kinase domain, thereby suppressing downstream signaling networks that regulate processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, survival, and angiogenesis, and shows mechanism-consistent inhibitory effects in research models with elevated FGFR4 activity.
