(R)-(+)-Tolterodine

(R)-(+)-Tolterodine (CAS No.: 124937-51-5) is a selective anticholinergic drug, mainly used to treat overactive bladder. Its mechanism of action primarily involves antagonizing M3 muscarinic receptors in bladder smooth muscle, inhibiting detrusor contractions, thereby reducing symptoms such as urinary urgency, urinary frequency, and urge urinary incontinence.
