PR-104A (SN27858) is the alcohol metabolite of the phosphate precursor PR-104.PR-104A is a hypoxia-selective DNA cross-linker/DNA damaging agent and a cytotoxin. It has antitumor activity.PR-104A is metabolized under hypoxic conditions by 1-electron NADPH:cytochrome P450 oxidoreductase. It can be used in relapsed/refractory T-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL).
