Featured Products
Oseltamivir phosphate-d5 is a stable isotope-labeled compound of Oseltamivir phosphate. Oseltamivir phosphate is a neuraminidase inhibitor used to study the replication mechanisms of influenza A and B viruses. Oseltamivir phosphate inhibits viral spread by suppressing viral neuraminidase activity, thereby preventing the release of newly formed viral particles from host cells. In vitro studies show that the IC50 values of Oseltamivir phosphate against A/H3N2, A/H1N2, A/H1N1, and influenza B viruses are 0.67 nM, 0.9 nM, 1.34 nM, and 13 nM, respectively, indicating highly effective inhibition of multiple influenza strains at the nanomolar level. In cell and animal models, Oseltamivir phosphate-d5 can be used as an internal standard for pharmacokinetic studies to help evaluate the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion characteristics of Oseltamivir phosphate. The dose or concentration used in experiments typically depends on the experimental design and research objectives.
