Northern Blot Stripping Solution (Mild)

Northern Blot Stripping Solution (Mild) is a mild low-stringency probe stripping solution. It is used to efficiently remove probes bound to the membrane after the first round of Northern blot detection, enabling subsequent re-probing for reference RNA and other target molecules. This product is DEPC-treated and autoclaved to ensure the absence of DNase, RNase and protease contamination. It can efficiently strip both RNA probes and DNA probes from blotting membranes.
