Northern Blot Stripping Solution (Harsh)

Northern Blot Stripping Solution (Harsh) is a high-strength Northern blot probe stripping solution. It is used to efficiently remove probes bound to the membrane after the first round of Northern blot detection, enabling subsequent re-probing of reference RNA and other targets. This product is DEPC-treated and autoclaved to ensure it is free of DNase, RNase and protease contamination. It can strip both RNA probes and DNA probes from blotting membranes effectively.
