N-Phthaloyl-β-alanine
The core biological function of N-Phthaloyl-β-alanine (CAS No. 3339-73-9) is to serve as a hapten for preparing immunoconjugates (coating conjugates, enzyme conjugates), facilitating monoclonal antibody production, and subsequently used for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection of organophosphorus pesticides (azinphos-methyl, phosmet); in animal experiments, it is used for BALB/c mouse immunization experiments (antibody preparation), with commonly used immunization doses of intraperitoneal injection 100 μg / mouse (primary immunization, emulsified with Freund’s adjuvant) and 250 μg / mouse (booster immunization, without adjuvant); as an immunoassay tool molecule, it has no effective therapeutic concentration. When preparing immunoconjugates, the initial molar ratio of hapten to ovalbumin (OVA) is 30:1, and the conjugation molar ratio to bovine serum albumin (BSA) is approximately 22-25 (immunoconjugate).
