mTRP-2(180-188) Ammonium salt
mTRP-2 (180-188) Ammonium salt is a peptide derived from mouse tyrosinase-associated protein 2 (TRP-2), with the amino acid sequence corresponding to the 180-188th residue of the TRP-2 protein. TRP-2 is a melanoma-associated antigen and plays an important role in the process of melanin synthesis. Studies have shown that the TRP-2 (180-188) peptide segment is recognized by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLS) of anti-B16 melanoma cells as the main immunoreactive epitope and can effectively induce specific immune responses mediated by CTLS. Therefore, this peptide segment is often used in tumor immunology research, especially in mouse melanoma models, as an important tool for studying the mechanism of tumor immune responses and developing tumor vaccines.
