mTRP-2 (180-188) Ammonium salt is a peptide derived from mouse tyrosinase-associated protein 2 (TRP-2), with the amino acid sequence corresponding to the 180-188th residue of the TRP-2 protein. TRP-2 is a melanoma-associated antigen and plays an important role in the process of melanin synthesis. Studies have shown that the TRP-2 (180-188) peptide segment is recognized by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLS) of anti-B16 melanoma cells as the main immunoreactive epitope and can effectively induce specific immune responses mediated by CTLS.
