Micronomicin

Micronomicin (CAS No.: 52093-21-7) is an aminoglycoside antibiotic isolated from Micromonospora, with broad-spectrum antibacterial and bactericidal activity. Its primary target is the bacterial ribosome, exerting antibacterial effects by interfering with protein synthesis. In vitro studies show that Micronomicin has significant inhibitory effects against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) range from nanomolar to micromolar levels. In cell and animal models, Micronomicin is commonly used to evaluate its antibacterial efficacy and safety, and the dose or concentration used in experiments typically depends on the experimental design and research objectives.
