M-07e is derived from the peripheral blood of a 6-month-old girl with acute megakaryocytic leukemia (AML M7) in 1987 and is a subline of the M-07 cell line. M-07e cells have a proliferative response to a variety of cytokines (including GM-CSF, IFN-α, IFN-β, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-6, IL-15, NGF, SCF, TNF-α, TPO).
