IDOR-1117-2520
IDOR‑1117‑2520 (CAS No.: 2737274-49-4) is an orally active, potent, selective, reversible CCR6 antagonist. CCR6 is a chemokine receptor mainly expressed on pathogenic T17 cells (Th17/Tc17, etc.) and some B cells. In autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis, these CCR6⁺ cells are recruited to target tissues such as inflamed skin or lung through the CCL20–CCR6 axis. IDOR‑1117‑2520 binds to and blocks CCR6, inhibiting the chemotactic response of CCR6⁺ immune cells to CCL20, thereby preventing their migration to and infiltration into inflamed tissues. In Aldara- and IL‑23-induced mouse models of skin inflammation, IDOR‑1117‑2520 dose-dependently reduced the infiltration of CCR6⁺ immune cells into inflamed skin, with anti-inflammatory effects comparable to direct blockade of IL‑17 or IL‑23.
