A bifunctional depressant developed based on PROTAC technology
Featured Products
FKBP12 PROTAC TAG-13 is a bifunctional depressant developed based on PROTAC technology that can specifically degrade fusion proteins carrying FKBP12^F36V mutations. PROTAC (Protein degradation Targeting chimera) is a class of bifocal small molecules that can induce ubiquitination of the target protein and be degraded by the proteasome by linking the ligand of the target protein to the ligand of the ubiquitin ligase. Tag-13 promotes ubiquitination and degradation of the target protein by specifically binding to the mutant FKBP12^F36V protein and recruiting ubiquitin ligase complexes.
