Fenbendazole-d3
Catalog No.
SL1057
A stable isotope deuterated compound of Fenbendazole
Featured Products
Fenbendazole-d3 is the stable isotope-labeled counterpart of Fenbendazole. Fenbendazole is an orally active benzimidazole broad-spectrum anthelmintic with broad antiparasitic activity. Fenbendazole inhibits microtubule assembly by binding to parasite β-tubulin, leading to cell cycle arrest and mitotic cell death. In addition, Fenbendazole has also been found to have antitumor activity and can activate the HIF-1α-related GLUT1 pathway. As its isotope-labeled compound, Fenbendazole-d3 can be used for pharmacokinetic studies, metabolism studies, and as an internal standard for quantitative analysis. The dose or concentration used in experiments typically depends on the experimental design and research objectives.
