FD223

FD223 is a potent and selective inhibitor of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase δ. FD223 displays high potency (=1 nM) and good selectivity for other isoforms (IC values of 51 nM, 29 nM, and 37 nM for α, β, and γ, respectively).FD223 potently inhibits the proliferation of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) cell lines through inhibition of p-AKTSer473, which thereby leading to cell cycle G1 phase block.FD223 has potential in the study of leukemias such as AML.
