Featured Products
Delgocitinib (JTE-052) is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting the Janus kinase (JAK) family, and can simultaneously inhibit the JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, and Tyk2 subtypes. Reported in vitro studies show that its IC50 values for these four subtypes are approximately 2.8 nM (JAK1), 2.6 nM (JAK2), 13 nM (JAK3), and 58 nM (Tyk2), respectively. Delgocitinib can block activation of the JAK signaling pathway, which has important research value in inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and related pathological mechanisms, and is commonly used in preclinical pharmacology research on immune-related diseases.
