DDO-7263 is a 1,2,4-Oxadiazole derivative that is a potent activator.DDO-7263 upregulates Nrf2 by binding to Rpn6, thereby blocking the assembly of the 26S proteasome and the subsequent degradation of ubiquitylated Nrf2.DDO-7263 induces translocation of Nrf2 into the nucleus.DDO-7263 inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation.DDO-7263 has anti-inflammatory activity and has potential for use in the study of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease (PD).
