DB1976 dihydrochloride
Catalog No.
A9971
A potent PU.1 inhibitor
Featured Products
DB1976 dihydrochloride is a potent PU.1 inhibitor, capable of significantly inhibiting the binding activity of PU.1 to DNA, with an IC50 of 10 nM. In vitro studies have shown that DB1976 dihydrochloride strongly inhibits the formation of the PU.1/DNA complex and exhibits a high DB1976-λb affinity with a KD value of 12 nM. In addition, DB1976 dihydrochloride has an obvious apoptotic effect and can induce programmed cell death. The high efficiency and specificity of this inhibitor make it have important potential applications in the study of PU.1 related signaling pathways and the treatment of related diseases.
