Cyanine 3 Tyramide
Featured Products
Cyanine 3 Tyramide is a fluorescent probe used in Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA), where it acts as a substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Through oxidative coupling, it forms insoluble fluorescent deposits near the enzyme-bound target, amplifying the fluorescence signal for sensitive visualization of antigens or nucleic acid sequences. With excitation at ~550 nm and emission at ~570 nm, it emits bright orange fluorescence, making it suitable for microscopy-based techniques like immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence staining, and in situ hybridization (ISH). It is widely used in cell biology and pathology for molecular localization analyses.
