Cyanine 3 Tyramide
Catalog No.
A8020
Reagents for tyramine signal amplification (TSA) technology
Featured Products
Cyanine 3 Tyramide (tyramide-Cy3) is an orange fluorescent dye that can be used as a fluorescent substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP) -catalyzed deposition reactions. It can form stable fluorescent deposits under enzymatic action, thereby achieving significant amplification of the signal. It is called Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA) and is widely used in experiments such as immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence detection and nucleic acid in situ hybridization (ISH).
