Animal Tissue Transparency Reagent

Animal Tissue Transparency Reagent Solution I is a reagent designed for animal tissue clearing. It can be used together with the Animal Tissue Optical Clearing Kit or independently for clearing animal tissues. This reagent provides a simple, convenient, and rapid method for achieving high-quality, high-transparency clearing of entire animal bodies, whole organs, tissue blocks, organoids, and more. After clearing with this reagent, animal samples can be further processed appropriately to enable 3D imaging of tissue blocks, organoids, organs, or even entire animal bodies when combined with immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, routine or fluorescent staining, bioluminescence, and other techniques. It is widely used in biological and medical research.

CUBIC (Clear, Unobstructed Brain/Body Imaging Cocktails and Computational Analysis) is a simple and effective method for animal tissue clearing. Solution I offers essentially the same clearing effect as conventional CUBIC.

Animal Tissue Transparency Reagent Solution I not only promotes delipidation of tissues and organs but also decolorizes heme in tissues and organs. When used with Solution II to adjust the refractive index of tissues, it facilitates high-quality optical imaging of cleared tissues and organs.
