ADTL-EI1712 is an orally potent and selective dual-target inhibitor with 93.54% and 89.35% inhibition of ERK1/5, respectively, at 1 μM.ADTL-EI1712 induces regulated cell death, a form of cell death dependent on activation of genetically-encoded mechanisms, in order to overcome compensatory mechanisms in specific cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
