Animal models	Female albino mice infected by S. mansoni
Dosage form	200 mg/kg, oral gavage
Application	Praziquantel selection resulted in a striking increase in the number of recovered parasites after treatment with this drug, compared with the number recovered after equivalent treatment of non-selected parasites.
Other notes	Please test the solubility of all compounds indoor, and the actual solubility may slightly differ with the theoretical value. This is caused by an experimental system error and it is normal.
