mRNA Purification Kit (Oligo dT Column)
The mRNA Purification Kit (Oligo dT Column) is specifically designed for the ÄKTA liquid chromatography purification system, to purify and isolate mRNA during the in vitro transcription process (recommended Cat. No. K1401). The Oligo dT pre-packed columns provided in the kit are filled with Oligo (dT)25 affinity packing material, which achieves high-purity mRNA separation based on the base pairing between the oligodeoxythymidine (Oligo dT) sequence and the poly(A) tail of mRNA. It can effectively separate mRNA from components of the transcription reaction (such as enzymes and template DNA). The purified mRNA can be used in various downstream molecular experiments, including RT-PCR, RPA (Ribonuclease Protection Assay), transfection, next-generation sequencing (NGS), etc.
