LipoReady™ mRNA Transfection Kit
LipoReady™ mRNA Transfection Kit is a cationic polymer reagent for cellular transfection of mRNA (including SaRNA and circRNA). It provides high transfection efficiency in conventional, primary, and neuronal cells, with excellent biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity. The reagent can be added directly to culture medium, and serum does not affect transfection efficiency. Removal of nucleic acid-transfection reagent complexes or medium replacement is not required after transfection; fresh medium may be supplied after 4-6 h depending on cell nutritional status. The product is also suitable for high-throughput cell-based screening.
Applications: For in vitro RNA transfection of common eukaryotic cells, including mRNA, saRNA, circRNA.
