HyperFluor™ 488 Tyramide (200 X, dry, dissolve in 100 uL DMSO)
HyperFluor™ 488 Tyramide is a green fluorescent labeling dye used in biomedical research. It is primarily employed in Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA) technology to enhance signal detection sensitivity in experiments such as immunohistochemistry (IHC), in situ hybridization (ISH), flow cytometry, and others. HyperFluor™ 488 (excitation/emission: 495 nm/519 nm) can be easily detected using standard FITC filter sets. Compared to the fluorescein in Fluorescein Tyramide (dry, dissolve in 60 µL DMSO, K1084), HyperFluor™ 488 exhibits higher photostability, allowing for prolonged observation and image acquisition, along with low self-quenching and a high fluorescence quantum yield.
The product is supplied in solid form and corresponds to the standard usage amount specified in the HyperFluor™ 488 TSA Fluorescence System Kit (K4301), which can be referenced for experimental applications.
