Hexa His tag peptide
Hexa His tag peptide (HHHHHH) is a peptide commonly used to elute 6X His fusion protein bound to Anti-His antibody during immunoprecipitation by competitively binding to Anti-His antibody (MA5836, MA5835). This product can be used not only for eluting 6X His fusion expression protein during immunoprecipitation with Anti-His Magnetic Beads (Anti-His magnetic beads), but also for eluting 6X His fusion expression protein during conventional Anti-His antibody immunoprecipitation. After competitive elution of 6X His fusion expression protein with this product, the eluted sample does not contain the light chain and heavy chain of Anti-His antibody.
