Featured Products
dCBP-1 (CAS No.: 2484739-25-3) is a highly efficient and selective PROTAC (proteolysis-targeting chimera) degrader designed based on a Cereblon ligand, primarily targeting CREB-binding protein (CBP) and p300. As histone acetyltransferases, CBP and p300 play key roles in the regulation of gene transcription, and their aberrant activity is closely associated with the initiation and progression of multiple cancers. By inducing the degradation of CBP/p300 proteins, dCBP-1 effectively suppresses oncogenic enhancer activity driven by the MYC gene and shows significant antitumor activity in cellular models of hematologic malignancies such as multiple myeloma. In vitro studies show that dCBP-1 can achieve effective degradation of the target proteins at nanomolar to low micromolar levels. Its use in cell and animal models is typically determined by specific experimental designs and research objectives, and the selection of dose or concentration should be optimized according to experimental conditions.
