Cy5-conjugated Affinity Purified Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)
Featured Products
The anti-rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies specifically targeted against rabbit immunoglobulins. They can be used for detection, sorting, or purification of specific targets. Secondary antibodies offer additional functionality, allowing researchers to employ various detection systems such as HRP, AP, and fluorescence. They also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, secondary antibodies are produced by immunizing a host animal with a pool of immunoglobulins from the target species. These antibodies may then undergo further purification and modification steps (such as immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, labeling conjugation, etc.) to generate highly specific reagents.
