6X DNA Loading Buffer, Orange

6X DNA Loading Buffer, Orange is an improved 6X concentrated DNA loading buffer, which can be used for DNA sample agarose gel electrophoresis and native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. 6X DNA Loading Buffer, Orange contains two different dyes (xylene cyanol FF and Orange G) that enable visual monitoring of DNA migration during electrophoresis.

Nucleic acid stains can be added directly to the gel before electrophoresis, or the gel can be incubated in a nucleic acid staining solution after electrophoresis and then imaged. Recommended nucleic acid stains include Safe DNA Gel Stain (Catalog No. A8743) and Hyper Gel Red (Catalog No. A8746).
