2X DNA/RNA Denaturing Loading Buffer

2X DNA/RNA Denaturing Loading Buffer is a 2Xconcentrated loading buffer for DNA and RNA gel electrophoresis. Its main components include SDS, EDTA, bromophenol blue, xylene cyanol FF, and deionized formamide. It is free of RNase contamination.

2X DNA/RNA Denaturing Loading Buffer is suitable for electrophoresis of conventional double-stranded DNA, total RNA, single-stranded DNA, DNA primers, small RNAs, and isolated/purified specific RNAs. It can be used for both denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).When used, it is mixed with the sample and diluted to 1X. Due to its high density, the sample readily settles into wells after loading. The distinct blue color serves as a clear tracking indicator during electrophoresis.
