nuclear factor (erythroid-derived)-like 2 (Nrf2) pathway activator

    Featured Products

Dimethyl fumarate (CAS: 624-49-7) is a small-molecule activator targeting the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) signaling pathway. It promotes Nrf2 nuclear translocation, inducing transcription of antioxidant response genes, thereby modulating oxidative stress response pathways.
In cell-based assays, dimethyl fumarate activates Nrf2 with an IC50 value of approximately 5 μM.
Dimethyl fumarate is utilized in studies of oxidative stress, inflammation, and related pathophysiological processes.
