SwiftBlock? Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Western Blot (Fast) is a next-generation, rapid and efficient primary antibody dilution buffer. This product contains no serum, albumin, or biotin, but includes preservatives that do not affect HRP or AP activity. It is suitable for diluting and preparing primary antibodies for Western blot (WB).

The overall performance of this product is significantly superior to traditional primary antibody diluents based on BSA (bovine serum albumin), non-fat dry milk, or similar reagents. Primary antibodies diluted and prepared with this buffer can be stored and used at 4°C for at least one month and can be reused multiple times for Western experiments, effectively conserving primary antibody usage. After incubation with diluted primary antibodies, the signal-to-noise ratio is high, and the background is extremely low. This product is compatible with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP), and biotin-labeled secondary antibodies. It is convenient to use, requiring no additional reagents, and can be directly applied for primary antibody dilution.
