SJB3-019A
SJB3-019A is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting ubiquitin-specific protease 1 (USP1). USP1 is a deubiquitinating enzyme involved in protein ubiquitination(ID1).SJB3-019A supresses USP1-mediated deubiquitination, thereby regulating the degradation of key substrates such as inhibitor of DNA binding 1. In cell-based studies, SJB3-019A demonstrates cytotoxicity and promotes ID1 protein degradation, with an IC50 value of 0.0781 μM in K562 leukemia cells.SJB3-019A holds research potential in investigating USP1-regulated pathways in cancer biology and DNA repair processes.
