Raddeanin A
Catalog No.
N2846
A triterpenoid saponin derived from plants, which has anticancer activity
Featured Products
Raddeanin A is a natural compound extracted from plants and belongs to the triterpenoid group of saponins. Studies have shown that Raddeanin A can promote apoptosis of cancer cells by activating reactive oxygen species (ROS) and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling pathways. In addition, it inhibits the activity of the nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway, preventing the survival and proliferation of cancer cells. Raddeanin A has shown potential to inhibit tumor growth in a variety of cancer models, particularly in the treatment of osteosarcoma.
