Featured Products
Wogonoside (CAS No.: 51059-44-0) is a major flavonoid compound extracted from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, and exhibits notable biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, anti-angiogenic, and anti-tumor effects. Studies have shown that Wogonoside can exert anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway and reducing the production of inflammatory factors; in breast cancer cells, Wogonoside inhibits tumor angiogenesis by suppressing the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, demonstrating anti-tumor potential; in addition, Wogonoside can also reduce the expression of inflammatory factors in macrophages by inhibiting the JNK/c-Jun signaling pathway, further confirming its anti-inflammatory activity. In vitro experiments show that Wogonoside inhibits the production of inflammatory factors at low micromolar levels; in animal model studies, orally administered Wogonoside significantly reduces hepatic inflammation and oxidative stress levels in mice with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The dose or concentration used in experiments typically depends on the experimental design and research objectives.
